Luxury vinyl flooring just makes sense when it comes to a wet room like the bathroom. It is completely nonporous, easy to clean and is soft to step on. This combination alone makes it far superior to tile and grout.  

It used to be that vinyl was known to be a cheap product. This was true when you could buy them in rolls and is still the case for some vinyl. This vinyl, however, comes in planks or tiles which gives a much better look and more durable feel. Being that they come in smaller forms, the "print" process is much more defined and the look of this product far beats out any porcelain or ceramic tile.

This is not simply a product that you can just roll over something that is existing. We remove all of the tile and start from the foundation.

On the first floor we always apply self-level before installing your new floor. This ensures that we have a smooth surface and a better install. If it is on the second floor we typically apply our flooring onto Hardie board.
