The Bryant family’s bathroom remodel on Lakeview Circle presented a unique challenge—rebuilding a steam shower after their previous one failed and caused significant water damage. Steam Shower: Rebuilding with Confidence

The shower walls were finished in Noce Travertine natural stone, which is steam-rated for durability. Backed by the Schluter Kerdi waterproofing system, we made certain that no steam or moisture would escape through the walls, protecting the home from future damage. The shower base, finished in Chestnut, complemented the warm tones of the natural stone, adding both function and beauty to the space.

Enclosure: Fully Sealed for Maximum Efficiency

To ensure the steam shower would function properly, we installed a glass enclosure that extended all the way to the ceiling, fully sealing the space to keep the steam contained. The enclosure was custom-fitted to ensure a tight seal, preventing steam from escaping during use. Additionally, we installed a proper venting system to release steam safely after each session, ensuring the room remained dry and safe after use.

Steam showers are one of the most difficult installations to do correctly in a home.
