A Quick Fix for the Edwards Family’s Shower
The Edwards family on Parkview Drive needed a fast solution when their existing tile shower started leaking, and EZ Bath was ready to deliver. What began as an urgent repair turned into a complete shower remodel that not only resolved the issue but gave the bathroom a sleek, modern upgrade. With custom design touches and top-quality materials, the new shower became a standout feature in the home.
Shower Remodel: Fast and Stylish Replacement
The existing shower had developed a leak, and the Edwards family needed it replaced as soon as possible. After discussing their preferences, we recommended an Onyx shower base in Cashmere paired with a stunning 12 x 24 Cosmic Black porcelain tile for the wall surround. This combination gave the shower a bold, modern look, while the Onyx base offered a durable, long-lasting solution to the leaking problem.
To enhance both functionality and design, we added an architectural bench with an Onyx cap inside the shower, providing a comfortable seating area without sacrificing style. We also added a recessed caddy for storage, complete with a tile accent that beautifully complemented the Cosmic Black walls.
Frameless Glass Enclosure: A Clean, Modern Finish
For the shower enclosure, we installed a 3/8” frameless glass door, giving the space a sleek, open feel. The frameless design allowed the beauty of the tile and Onyx features to shine through, while the water spot treatment we applied helped protect the glass from hard water buildup, making maintenance easier for the family.
