Their existing bathtub was too complicated and challenging to manage, so EZ Bath stepped in to convert the bathtub into a low-profile, accessible shower. This thoughtful remodel not only improved their daily routine but also enhanced the overall functionality of the space.
Tub-to-Shower Conversion: A Low-Profile, Accessible Solution
To meet the family’s needs, we removed the old bathtub and replaced it with a low-profile shower featuring a Chestnut Onyx pan. The walls were finished in Sandalwood to create a warm, inviting space. Multiple curtain rods were installed to provide flexibility and privacy, making the shower more accessible and easier to use, especially for the family’s caregiving needs.
Showerheads and Handshowers: Optimized for Accessibility
The placement of the showerheads and handshowers was critical in this remodel to ensure the family could easily care for their daughter. We installed Delta Lahara fixtures in brushed nickel, carefully positioning both the showerhead and handshower to optimize the setup based on the family’s daily routine. This thoughtful approach allowed for flexibility and ease of use, significantly improving the family’s bathing experience.
