The rotting subfloor was a major issue that required immediate attention, so we extended the project timeline by a week to address it.
Our team completely removed the damaged subfloor, replacing it with new, structurally sound materials to ensure the long-term safety and integrity of the bathroom. While such a discovery often results in extra charges from many contractors, the Andersons were relieved that we didn’t charge them a penny more for the additional labor and materials required to fix the problem.
