We’re looking for an experienced installer/carpenter to deliver courteous, professional, and precise installations of our bathroom products. Your responsibilities will include keeping company tools, equipment, and materials organized and safe, along with ensuring job files and records are accurately maintained. The installer/carpenter will become well-versed in all product knowledge, installation processes, inventory management, and warranty-related matters, all while maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude for our customers. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to take feedback and direction are essential.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 or older, with prior experience in carpentry and/or construction
• Previous experience with in-home installations is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate and understand the primary language(s) spoken in the company’s service area
• Willing to learn and use the tools, products, training, and resources of the EZ Bath system
• Self-driven and motivated to support the growth and success of others
• Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic personality
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with QuickBooks, Salesforce, or other CRM systems is a plus
• Able to safely handle items up to 50 pounds
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proper insurance required
• High school diploma or GED necessary
