Key Responsibilities:

• Apply sales techniques during qualified appointments
• Meet with clients in their homes to establish rapport and understand their needs
• Guide customers in making design decisions
• Present EZ Bath solutions and close sales
• Perform accurate measurements on-site and take photos as needed
• Collaborate with customers on product selection and design
• Accurately calculate project costs
• Learn and utilize the EZ Bath system, tools, and resources
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years in direct-to-customer sales; in-home experience is a plus
• Experience in home improvement sales preferred
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable, responsible, and coachable
• Competitive and goal-oriented
• Clean driving record and background check
• Warm, friendly, and enthusiastic personality
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and focused on success
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) a plus
• High school diploma or GED required
